The bride and groom, Katy and Nigel, met when they were at college, they were both in their late teens. Their relationship continued to blossom and in 2017 they bought their first home together.

Not long after moving in they bought the first of their dogs, Delilah, the family grew and soon joined by Samson and then Mavis.

After years of family and friends asking when they were going to get married in 2018 at their favourite holiday destination of Mexico they got engaged.

As with so many couples, unfortunately the wedding had to be postponed twice due to Covid, so when the party started the fun was exhilarating. Not only was their fun but the emotions were all too easy to see with enough tears of joy being shed to sink a ship!!!

The wedding speeches at Newton Hall was the perfect chance for a few more tears of joy, a few drinks and lots and lots of laughter and even a video conference appearance for the best man who was isolating with covid!

Night time and courtesy of a decent sunset the chance to catch some creative shots, a few more smoke bomb shots and then back in for a few dances, a cake cut and a few drinks!!
